RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

HOW MANY PACKAGES?
Haarverdichtung
- Für eine Verdichtung benötigst Du 1-3 Packungen. Dies entspricht einem Haarvolumen von 20-60g oder 20-60 Strähnen. Eine Haarverdichtung kannst Du individuell nach Wunsch gestallten.
Haarverlängerung
- Bei einer Haarverlängerung mit feinem Eigenhaar benötigst Du 60-100 Strähnen. Das sind 3-5 Packungen mit einem Haarvolumen von 60-100g.
- 5-7 Packungen für ein mittleres Haarvolumen. Dies entspricht einem Haarvolumen von 100-140 Strähnen oder 100-140g. Geeignet für eine volle Haarverlängerung.
- Für ein voluminöses Ergebnis verwendest Du 7-10 Packungen. Das sind 140-200g / 140-200 Strähnen. Damit erreichst Du deine neue Haarvolumen Pracht. Bei viel / kurzem Eigenhaar empfohlen.
